B.E.S.T. Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, call B.E.S.T.’s Processing Department at 800-345-5669 or send email to the self-study order department for a product exchange or refund. A product exchange will be done if you have not taken the electronic exam. A refund will not be issued if you have attempted the electronic exam. We provide unlimited retakes for the electronic exam.

By processing an order with B.E.S.T., or through a Website, you agree the number of course hours selected is within a close proximity to the number of hours required for a single license renewal cycle by your state and that B.E.S.T. has the right to cancel any order we believe excessively exceeds your state requirement. In addition, you understand BEST may terminate your access to courses that are not completed within six (6) months from the time of your order. You agree that B.E.S.T. has the right to terminate an account at any time if B.E.S.T. has reason to believe that the user is fraudulently accessing the courses for unauthorized reasons.
