B.E.S.T. will consider a partial or full refund of any non-expired, incomplete course upon request. B.E.S.T. reserves the right to either approve or deny a requested refund. Once the refund has been issued, any incomplete courses cannot be reinstated.

B.E.S.T. will NOT issue refunds for expired courses.

In order to ensure course content is both current and compliant, course availability is for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.

B.E.S.T. reserves the right to grant a school credit to an individual whom was not completely satisfied with their order and has not tested and/or received credit.

If the course was ordered as a hard-copy the material must be returned in original form. Any material that has been written in or is not resalable voids this option.
